1. Introduction

Adsoo is a brand of CREATİEA DİJİTAL BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("the Company", "we", "us"). We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected when you use our website adsoo.com.tr, our agency services, the Adsoo CRM platform and the "Adsoo CRM" app that runs on Facebook/Meta. The data controller for the processing described in this policy is CREATİEA DİJİTAL BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By using our services you accept the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

To provide our services we may collect data in the following categories:

  • Identity and contact details: Name, email address, phone number, company name.
  • Account information: Public profile information of accounts connected through Facebook/Meta or other platforms, and the data you have given us permission to access.
  • Connection information (Adsoo CRM): The ID and name of the Facebook Page you connect to Adsoo CRM, the access token of that Page, and the Facebook user ID of the person who made the connection.
  • Lead data: The information that people enter into our customers' Facebook and Instagram lead forms: name, phone number, email address and their answers to the other questions on the form, together with the names of the form, ad, ad set and campaign the lead came from.
  • Usage data: Page views and clicks on our site, date and time, IP address and browser type.
  • Campaign data: Performance and engagement metrics of the advertising and social media accounts we manage.

3. How We Use Data

We process the data we collect only for the following purposes:

  • To provide, manage and improve our services,
  • To deliver leads from lead ads to the Adsoo CRM account of the customer that owns the Page, so that their sales team can contact the person who submitted the form,
  • To create, publish and optimise advertising and social media campaigns,
  • To respond to your requests and questions,
  • To prepare performance reports,
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Facebook / Meta Platform Data

The Adsoo CRM app works through Facebook Login for Business. We only access the data you explicitly approve on the permission screen, and we use each permission for the purpose below:

  • List of Pages: We show the Pages you manage so that you can choose which Page to connect; we store only the ID and name of the Page you select.
  • Page name and access token: Used to show the connected Page in the CRM and to read the leads submitted to that Page's forms.
  • Lead forms and leads: Read in order to map form questions to CRM fields and to deliver new leads to your CRM account.
  • Page notifications (webhook): We subscribe your Page to our app's notifications so that we are told about a new lead immediately; the subscription is removed when you remove the Page from Adsoo CRM.
  • Ad, ad set and campaign names: Read in order to show in the CRM which campaign each lead came from.

Data obtained from the Meta platform:

  • Is used only to the extent required by the service we provide to you,
  • Is shown only in the CRM account of the customer that owns the Page and is not shared with other customers,
  • Is not used for ad targeting or profiling,
  • Is processed in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies,
  • Is not sold or rented to third parties without your permission,
  • Is deleted at your request or when it is no longer needed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Lead data is delivered only to the CRM account of the customer that owns the Page the form belongs to. Apart from that, we may share data only in the following cases:

  • Where required by law or requested by a competent public authority,
  • Where you have given your explicit consent.

6. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyse traffic. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly if you do.

7. Data Security and Retention

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Access tokens of Facebook Pages are stored encrypted and are deleted when the connection is removed. We keep personal data only for as long as the purpose of processing requires or for the periods required by law.

8. Your Rights

Under the applicable legislation (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK, and the GDPR where applicable) you have the right to access your data, to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing and to request its portability. You can contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Data Deletion Requests

You can ask for your data to be deleted in any of the following ways:

  • By email: Send your request to info@adsoo.com.tr. After we receive it we permanently delete the relevant data from our systems within a reasonable time and inform you when it is done.
  • Through Facebook: Remove the "Adsoo CRM" app in the "Business Integrations" section of your Facebook settings. Your connection and the access tokens of your Pages are deleted from our systems. If you send a data deletion request while removing the app, you are given a link and a confirmation code to follow the status of your request.
  • If you submitted a lead form: You can ask us, or the business that published the form, to delete the information you entered.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the "last updated" date is renewed. We will try to inform you of significant changes by appropriate means.
