1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website, the apps (including Adsoo CRM) and the services ("Services") offered through adsoo.com.tr by Adsoo, a brand of CREATİEA DİJİTAL BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("the Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services

Adsoo is a digital marketing agency that provides social media management, performance marketing, content production, reporting and digital consulting services. Adsoo also operates the Adsoo CRM platform, which delivers the leads from its customers' Facebook and Instagram lead ads to their own CRM accounts. The scope, content and features of the Services may be updated or changed from time to time.

3. Rules of Use

When using our Services you agree:

  • To use the Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes,
  • Not to create or share content that infringes the rights of others or that is misleading, harmful or unlawful,
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the operation of the Services,
  • To comply with the terms of the third-party platforms you connect (Facebook/Meta, etc.).

4. Accounts and Third-Party Platforms

Some of our services work together with third-party platforms such as Facebook/Meta. When you connect your account through these platforms, you accept that the terms of the relevant platform also apply. You are responsible for the accuracy of the access permissions you grant and for the security of your account.

When you connect a Facebook Page to Adsoo CRM, you confirm that you are authorised to manage that Page and to grant access to its lead data. You can remove the connection at any time in your Facebook settings or by writing to us.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services, including brands, logos, designs, text and software, belongs to Adsoo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. This content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without explicit written permission. The content you provide remains yours; you allow us to process it in order to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adsoo cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Changes in the algorithms, policies or performance of advertising platforms are outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". No specific marketing results, reach or conversion rates are guaranteed. We make no express or implied commitment that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice. The contractual relationship between the parties is governed by separate agreements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and the "last updated" date is renewed. Continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect means that you accept the current terms.
